Background
The Maiden of the Mist is a personification of the Black Mist that tries to manipulate Yorick, he can summon and control the Maiden of the Mist to do his bidding. As stated in Rise of the Sentinels, after the Ruination, Isolde's soul had split into 13 fragments scattered across Runeterra. Each fragment represents one of Isolde's human qualities. The Maiden of the Mist represents "Pain".

Background
Rhasa, also known as The Executioner of the Isles, is a powerful wraith from the Shadow Isles, who as tall as ten men, its many ghoulish heads wreathed in green flame, wielding a giant axe called Night Harvester. During the first Harrowing after the Ruination of Helia, all the people unwittingly committed to the Black Mist, were drawn to a single source of power and forged into one singular entity. Fueled by their anger and rage, they became a swirling vortex of fury. The Crew of the Charming Lady faced it and defeated it during the events of Return of the Ruined King.
