- Lulu is voiced by Faye Mata, who also voices 3Lulu in Legends of Runeterra.[1] Mata also reprised the role in Don't Mess With Yordles.
- Faye Mata had played League of Legends before she was cast as Lulu. In an interview talking about Lulu's voice, she stated "I knew exactly what that laugh would be used for. [...] I am a League player at heart."[2] Mata further explained that Lulu's voice was a mix of Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter, and Rarity from My Little Pony.
- Lulu's Japanese voice actor is Aoi Yūki.[3]
