Innate: Lillia's abilities apply Dream Dust against enemies hit, which deals「 6% (+ 1.5% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health total magic damage over 3 seconds, 」「 1% (+ 0.25% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health magic damage every 0.5 seconds over 3 seconds, 」capped at 40 − 100 (based on level) damage against Monster icon.png monsters.

Lillia Heal power icon.png heals for 18 − 94 (based on level) (+ 6% AP) against large monsters and 12 − 140 (based on level) (+ 12% AP) against champions over the duration of Dream Dust, reduced to 33% effectiveness for each target beyond the first. She may only heal against 1 monster at a time.

  • Lilting Lullaby's Lilting Lullaby's application does not apply Dream Dust, but its triggering damage does.
  • Dream Dust is applied even if the target takes no damage from an ability, e.g. by being Hybrid resistances icon.png shielded or Cosmic Radiance.png invulnerable, but not when the ability hit is prevented in the first place (e.g. Spell Shield.png spell shield).

  • Lillia can move during Blooming Blows' cast time.
  • Blooming Blows will cast from wherever Lillia is at the end of the cast time.
  • Spell Shield.png Spell shield will not prevent Lillia from gaining a Prance stack.
  • For the purpose of moving closer to an enemy when right clicking them, Lillia's Range icon.png attack range is reduced「 to 275 」「 by 50 」during Blooming Blows's cast time.

Active: Lillia lobs a seed at the target area that rolls forward indefinitely. The seed detonates upon colliding with an enemy or terrain upon landing or while rolling, dealing magic damage to enemies in a cone, Slow icon.png slowing them by 40% for 3 seconds and Reveal icon.png revealing them for 2 seconds.

Magic Damage:
70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 (+ 45% AP)

Swirlseed will cast at max range if cast beyond that. The spot at which the seed will last collide with terrain is highlighted while it is rolling.

Info
  • Swirlseed's origin is determined from Lillia's position at the start of cast, the rolling direction is determined from Lillia's position at the end of cast (when the projectile is created, not when the seed starts rolling).
  • Spell Shield.png Spell shield does not prevent the seed from detonating thus striking nearby targets.
  • Projectile.png Projectile destroying effects will still make the rolling seed detonate upon colliding with them, but not when the initial arcing missile is destroyed.
    • If Braum's Braum's Unbreakable Unbreakable blocks the initial projectile, it is destroyed and deals 0 damage to him, as well as not triggering the cone-shaped area of effect.

Active: Lillia casts a magical lullaby over all targetable enemy Champion icon.png champions affected by Dream Dust Dream Dust, which arrives after 0.3 seconds and renders them Drowsy icon.png drowsy for 1.5 seconds, Slow icon.png slowing them by 10%. After the duration, they fall Sleep icon.png asleep for a few seconds.

The next instance of non-Blaze.png persistent non-Minion icon.png minion non-small and medium Monster icon.png monster damage taken by each of the Sleep icon.png sleeping targets consumes the debuff to deal additional magic damage.
