Innate: Leona's abilities mark enemies hit with Sunlight for 1.5 seconds. Subsequent applications of Sunlight will refresh its duration.

Damage dealt to marked enemies by allied Champion icon.png champions (excluding Leona) consumes Sunlight to deal 25 − 144 (based on level) bonus magic damage.

  • Sunlight's mark damage is credited to the allied champion and not to Leona.
    • The damage will benefit from allies' Magic penetration icon.png magic penetration and will apply any spell effects and Spell vamp icon.png spell vamp they have.

Shield of Daybreak Fiora Bladework.png resets Leona's basic attack timer.

  • The enhanced attack will apply other On-hit icon.png on-hit effects and can Critical strike icon.png critically strike as normal.
  • 𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓 : Shield of Daybreak's interactions with Jax Counter Strike.png dodging, Shen Spirit's Refuge.png blocking, and Blind icon.png blinding effects.
  • Shield of Daybreak's attack does not put Leona's basic attack on cooldown.(bug)
    • This effectively performs a second Fiora Bladework.png attack reset.
    • This is unlike other empowered attacks (including those which, similar to Shield of Daybreak, use a more unconventional spell cast rather than an attack override).
    • Leona will wait out Shield of Daybreak's wind-down before automatically attacking, anyway. The player must issue the next attack themselves to gain the full benefit of the second reset.

Active: Leona radiates a solar eclipse around herself for 3 seconds, gaining Armor icon.png bonus armor and Magic resistance icon.png bonus magic resistance and taking Damage reduction icon.png reduced damage from every instance of damage, up to a maximum of 50% reduction.

The eclipse then detonates after the duration, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies and granting Leona Eclipse's damage reduction and bonus resistances for an additional 3 seconds if she hits an enemy.

45 / 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 (+ 40% AP)

  • Neither the cast nor detonation of Eclipse interrupts any of Leona's previous orders or ongoing attack windups.
  • The resistance scaling will factor from all other sources, excluding Eclipse's flat bonus. This will recalculate over the duration.
  • Sivir Spell Shield.png Spell shield will block the damage but Eclipse's extended duration will not be prevented.

Active: Leona projects a solar image of her sword in the target direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit.

Magic Damage:
50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+ 40% AP)

If she hits at least one enemy champion, she will Dash.png dash 225 units behind the last one struck within 3000 range and Root icon.png root them for 0.5 seconds.

Leona is unable to move or attack while Zenith Blade is in flight.

Active: Leona calls down a beam of solar energy which strikes upon the target location after 0.625 seconds, granting Sight icon.png sight of the area before impact and for another 3 seconds afterwards. Enemies within the area are dealt magic damage upon impact.

Magic Damage:
100 / 175 / 250 (+ 80% AP)

Enemies struck are Slow icon.png slowed by 80% for 1.5 seconds, and are also Stun icon.png stunned for the same duration if they are hit by the epicenter.

  • Solar Flare's visual effects are only visible to enemies if they have Sight icon.png sight of the area it was cast upon.
  • The cast indicator shows 300 radius for the area of effect and 120 radius for the epicenter, however the actual hitbox radii are larger than those values.
  • The revealed radius is not obstructed by terrain or Ivern Brushmaker.png brush.

  • Eclipse Eclipse (W)
    • Leona raises her shield granting her additional Armor and Magic Resistance for 3 seconds. When the effect ends she deals area of effect damage and increases the duration of the defensive bonuses by 3 seconds if she damages an enemy.
  • Zenith Blade Zenith Blade (E)
    • Leona throws a blade of sunlight that deals damage to all enemies in a line. Leona teleports to the last enemy champion hit by this attack.
  • Solar Flare Solar Flare (Ultimate)
    • After a brief delay, Leona calls down a beam of solar energy dealing damage and slowing enemies. Enemies in the center of the beam are stunned instead of slowed.
