Innate: Leona's abilities mark enemies hit with Sunlight for 1.5 seconds. Subsequent applications of Sunlight will refresh its duration.

Damage dealt to marked enemies by allied Champion icon.png champions (excluding Leona) consumes Sunlight to deal 25 − 144 (based on level) bonus magic damage.

  • Sunlight's mark damage is credited to the allied champion and not to Leona.
  • Zyra Zyra has a hidden passive that grants her 10% increased size for 33 seconds after having Sunlight applied to her.

Shield of Daybreak Bladework.png resets Leona's basic attack timer.

  • Shield of Daybreak will cause Muramana's Muramana's Shock damage to trigger twice with a single basic attack.
  • The enhanced attack will apply other On-hit icon.png on-hit effects and can Critical strike icon.png critically strike as normal.
  • PENDING FOR TEST: Shield of Daybreak's interactions with Counter Strike.png dodging, Spirit's Refuge.png blocking, and Blind icon.png blinding effects.
  • Leona's next attack after using the empowered attack will come out faster. This will not occur via Acquisition range.png auto-attacking.

Enemies hit are Slow icon.png slowed by 80% for 1.5 seconds, and are also Stun icon.png stunned for the same duration if they are hit by the epicenter.

Notes
  • Solar Flare's visual effects are only visible to enemies if they have Sight icon.png sight of the area it was cast upon.
  • The cast indicator shows 300 radius for the area of effect and 120 radius for the epicenter, however the actual hitbox radii are larger than those values.
  • The revealed radius is not obstructed by terrain or Brushmaker.png brush.
