I, User:Psykolog, nominate User:Mineko Charat Lucky for chat moderator. Mineko is a positive presence in chat and a constant one, in addition to his hours of presences covering a timeframe that is lacking in moderation (and thus one of the most prone to attacks from trolls, which as we all know are going to increase as the holidays come), and has already proved his competence as a chat moderator and helper in the past. Support — He's got my support as I believe him to be competent and fully capable of moderating the chat, one of the more level headed moderators in the place, highly active and radiates a general positive aura. plus, he's definitely improved since his past requests of permissions.
