In her second voice-over:
  • Her joke referenced Danse Macabre.
  • Katarina's joke was "Killing is my duty... fun is yelling 'surprise'!", which can be viewed here. This quote was removed soon after the rework, but it was added as an easter egg within the old client.
    • Going to her champion page, selecting "Abilities", and pressing Ctrl + 1 would play a video where she says the quote, shown here.
In her first voice-over:
  • Katarina's voice had an overly exaggerated angry tone. It can be listened to here.
    • Her oldest taunt was "Remember, 'evil' spelled backward is 'live'. No coincidence."
