Jared 'Karadwe' Neuss is the Director of Production on Modes, Teamfight Tactics & League Labs at Riot Games.
About
Jared was previously the Head of Production at Bungie on Destiny 2 before joining Riot as a Product Manager. As the Lead Modes Producer, Jared is responsible for the teams in charge of the non-Summoner's Rift game modes on League of Legends such as Nexus Blitz and Teamfight Tactics. Part of his duties include deciding which modes to bring back and retire, what type of new modes to make, what kinds of sets to create in Teamfight Tactics, which map skins to use and choosing which strategies the modes team should execute.
