- Combine gold cost reduced to 575 from 775 (total gold cost reduced to 2100 from 2300).
- Chain lightning damage increased to 125 from 110.
- Ionic Spark is now purchasable on Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline.
- Increased attack speed to 50% from 45%.
- Increased proc damage to 110 from 100.
