• Iceborn Gauntlet was originally named Frozen Fist, and is still sometimes referred to as such.
• Icy Zone's area of effect damage does not include the damage from the actual attack itself, or any on-hit effects such as Nasus' Siphoning Strike or Gangplank's Parrrley.
• The main-target, non-splash 100% base attack damage bonus procs off lifesteal.
• Icy Zone will trigger against structures. The area of effect damage and Template:Cctip still apply around the structure as normal. As such, it might trigger turret aggro if any enemy champion nearby the turret is hit.
• Iceborn Gauntlet refers to the Freljordians who were given power by the Frozen Watchers. These people were called Iceborn. Their leader was Lissandra.
• Icy Zone's minimum radius is 215.75 units, because of Iceborn Gauntlet's own 65 armor.
• The bonus damage does not stack with Lich Bane, Trinity Force, or Sheen since they all have a unique passive with the same name.
• Only the more damaging is used:
  • 1. Lich Bane
    • 75% base AD + (50% AP) bonus magic damage.
  • 2. Trinity Force
    • 200% base AD bonus physical damage.
  • 3. Iceborn Gauntlet
    • 100% base AD bonus physical damage.
  • 4. Sheen
    • 100% base AD bonus physical damage.

  • AD ratio reduced to 100% base AD from 125% base AD.

V6.4:

• Base radius reduced to 180 from 190.
• Radius' armor ratio increased to 55% Armor from 45% Armor.
• New Effect: Template:Cctip no longer linger after leaving the area-of-effect.

V5.22:

• Ability power removed.
• Armor increased to 65 from 60.
• Cooldown reduction increased to 20% from 10%.
• Slow zone radius is no longer smaller on ranged champions.
• Slow zone radius now scales with bonus armor.

• Other Spellblade effects that deal more damage (Trinity Force) now correctly use their Unique passive instead of this one. The AoE field is still applied.
