Unique: You earn 50% reduced gold from killing minions and monsters, and earn 100% increased local gold from nearby minions not killed by allies. Generate + 1 per 3 seconds.
Unique – Quest: Earn 500 using a Quest item to upgrade to Black Mist Scythe.
Limitations
Limited to 1 Quest item.
