- Innate: Gwen's basic attacks, the center of , and deal bonus magic damage equal to 1% (+ 0.8% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health.
- Thousand Cuts is modified based on the target:

- Passive: Gwen's basic attacks on-hit grant a stack of Snippy for 6 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. Subsequent attacks refresh the duration on-hit.
- Active: Gwen snips at least twice with her scissors in a cone in the target direction over the cast time, dealing 8 / 10.75 / 13.5 / 16.25 / 19 (+ 5% AP) magic damage per snip to all enemies within the area. The final snip deals 40 / 53.75 / 67.5 / 81.25 / 95 (+ 25% AP) damage.
- If she has any Snippy stacks, she consumes each one to snip an additional time.
- The center of each snip deals true damage instead and applies .
- Mana Cost: 40.
- Cooldown: 6.5 / 5.75 / 5 / 4.25 / 3.5 seconds.
- Cast Time: 0.5 seconds.

- Active: Gwen summons the Hallowed Mist around her, lasting for 5 seconds or until she leaves the area. Hallowed Mist can be recast once after 0.5 seconds for the duration, and does so automatically if Gwen attempts to leave the area.
- While inside the mist, Gwen gains 20 (+ 5% AP) bonus armor and bonus magic resistance and is untargetable to all enemies (except turrets) outside of the mist.
- Recast: Gwen commands the mist to move to her current location.
- Mana Cost: 60.
- Cooldown: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 seconds.

- Gwen's first basic attack within the duration refunds 50% of Skip 'n Slash's cooldown.
- Skip 'n Slash resets Gwen's basic attack timer.
- Skip 'n Slash can be cast during any of Gwen's abilities, and vice versa.
- Mana Cost: 35.
- Cooldown: 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 seconds.

- Active: Gwen can activate Needlework up to 3 times, launching needles in the target direction with each cast. Each needle deals 30 / 55 / 80 (+ 8% AP) magic damage and applies to enemies it passes through, in addition to slowing them by 40 / 50 / 60% for 1.5 seconds. For each individual target, needle hits beyond the first slow by 15 / 20 / 25%.
- Within 6 seconds after the first cast, Gwen needs to hit a basic attack or to unlock the second cast. After using the second cast, the duration is refreshed and she may repeat the aforementioned actions to unlock the third cast. Both the second and third casts are only available for the remaining duration. Each subsequent cast increases the amount of needles launched by 2.
- Mana Cost: 100.
- Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 seconds.
- Cast Time: 0.25 / 0.5 / 0.5 seconds.
