Gemstone vessels, like Star Vessels, have the particularity of having a region, this means that there are different variants of them, one for each region, plus an extra one "Regionless".
This particularity directly affects its content, as if a Gemstone Vessel has an associated region, all the Gemstones will be of that region. Same for the "Regionless" one, as a Gemstone Vessel without a region will contain Gemstones of only one random region.
