Fortify is a summoner spell.
It will grant you a kill if an enemy champion dies from Turret fire after you have cast fortify and that enemy has not been hit by an ally, and an assist if your teammate has hit/killed the champion which your Turret hit/killed.
Notes
- The bonus damage to minions is an on-hit effect and only applies to standard attacks and abilities that specifically mention applying on-hit effects (e.g. 's or 's ).
- If the summoner Mastery Template:Mastery icon is chosen before the battle, activating Fortify will also cause all turrets to deal 50% Splash Damage in addition to the ordinary effects.
- When you use Fortify, any hits to the protected tower won't proc certain abilities that would have worked before. For example, 's , , and 's .
Patch History
- Will now affect all allied towers, not just the forward most towers in a lane.
- Now gives you 9 bonus damage to minions while off cooldown.
- No longer does splash damage, but will do splash damage when improved by the corresponding mastery.
- Now applies splash damage.
- Cooldown reduced to 300 from 330.
- Fortify talent damage boost to minions increased to +9 from a passive +6.
- Cooldown increased to 330 from 300 sec.
- Duration increased to 7 from 6 sec.
- Cooldown reduced to 270 from 300 sec.
