Lore

While all the Ottrani vastaya of Mount Targon follow and respect Soraka's philosophy and wisdom, Grandfather Rumul, the village elder, embodies these qualities best. Gentle and compassionate, he is very protective of his family and the stellacorns in their care.

While he often wanders Targon in search of new knowledge, his jingling bells and brilliant companions make him easy to track. He always returns from his travels with gifts for his family - Osu, the Star Shepherd's dog, was one such gift, as was Illi's first shepherd's crook.
