Legends of Runeterra have alternate, censored artwork that is used in place of the normal artwork in some account regions to comply with local laws. The alternate artwork removes, hides, or replaces many aspects such as:

- 3 removal (3 alt) or 5 obscuring (5 alt) of corpses.
