How to obtain
On Summoner's Rift, by being on the slayer's team of the and by looting the Eye of the Herald that the dropped.
The Eye of the Herald replaces the trinket item in your trinket slot. You can break the Eye to summon .
Enemies will hear an audial cue when the eye is crushed successfully.
While dropped by one of Summoner's Rift's buff monsters, the effect granted is not comparable to other buffs.
Once the eye is dropped but not picked by the slaying team, it will disappear after 40 seconds.
New Effect: Now goes on a 3-second cooldown during combat with non-minions.
Pinging the item now messages its remaining duration in team chat.
