These items are said to be customized for each player. For example, if player only play PvP, they have a higher chance to get skins for champions or card chest. While if player play The Path of champions, they have higher chance to get Relics or reliquaries.

Battle pass items, like card backs or guardians, was limited to their battle pass before the release of Emporium. When they are available in Emporium, it would cost much more than buying the battle pass. Recent battle pass items will have a cooldown before they can appear in Emporium.
