Notes

• The condition checks whether you have had a Level 2 champion at some point.
  • That means if a Level 2 Champion is generated by 6 The Howling Abyss and then discarded, the Destined Poro will still transform at the next Round Start.
  • If the Howling Abyss is placed before the Poro, the champion is generated and then the condition is checked, causing the Poro to transform immediately.
