- Each of the skins were released during seasonal events such as April Fools' Day and Harrowing. As such, they can be seen interacting with skins stories from different universes.
- Harrowing event skins were also released alongside Academy, Cops and Robbers, Demonic, and Sugar Rush themed skins, however these themes has since deviated from the Harrowing theme into their own separate thematics.
- Definitely Not Blitzcrank is a brainwashed version of Riot Blitzcrank in the Punches and Plants comics series connected to the Cops and Robbers skin universe.
- Definitely Not Blitzcrank is a teacher in the Academy universe through the comic series, Academy Adventures.
- It is also an optional skin in the Blitzcrank's Poro Roundup game connected to the Arcade skin universe.
