The Crest of Flowing Water was a neutral buff granted by the 
Ghast. It was available only on Twisted Treeline.
It could be identified by swirling grey runes around the champion.
How to obtain[]
- By landing the killing blow to the
Ghast. - By killing a champion that currently possesses this buff, the buff is then passed to the killer. In this case, the duration of the buff is refreshed.
Trivia[]
- The buff was removed during the October 2012 Twisted Treeline revamp.
- Its icon was recycled from Well's Typhoon.
- The swirling runes around the champion are also used in Dominion when running over a speed shrine.
Patch History[]
- Removed.
- Movement speed buff decreased to 30% from 45%.
- Movement speed buff reduced to 45% from 50%.
