Notes

  • Runes, summoner spells and passive-damaging items (including Runaan's Hurricane item Runaan's Hurricane) cannot stack or refresh Conqueror.
    • The damage of Prophet of an Elder God Tentacles triggered from a Harsh Lesson Harsh Lesson hit on a champion will also not stack or refresh Conqueror.
  • Single target attacks or abilities that trigger the fifth Conqueror stack will not benefit from Conqueror's conversion.
    • If however it's being triggered by an area of damage ability, the non-primary targets will benefit from it.
  • Heal power Healing interactions:
    • The true damage from Conqueror does not benefit from lifesteal.
    • Physical healing effects (i.e. Elixir of Wrath item Elixir of Wrath) have their effectiveness reduced by 10% whenever Conqueror is active due to the true damage conversion.
    • For spell vamp and ability drain (i.e. Ravenous Hunter rune Ravenous Hunter), true damage dealt is always considered as single-target damage, making it benefit fully from spell vamp.
  • Conqueror increases your total damage by 0.1% for each point of the enemy's resistances, or ((enemy's armor or MR) ÷ 10)%. For example, if an enemy has 140 armor you will deal (140 ÷ 10)% = 14% more damage to them.
  • Conqueror converts the damage before damage modifiers. This makes both damage increases and damage reductions be 10% less effective. You will deal the same amount of true damage with or without damage modifiers.

  • New Effects:
    • Attacks or abilities that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 1.8 − 9 (based on level) bonus Attack Damage or 3 − 15 (based on level) Ability Power (Adaptive) for 3 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. When fully stacked, 10% of your damage is converted to true damage and you heal for that amount. The buffs refresh upon dealing damage to enemy champions with attacks or abilities.
    • Melee role Melee champions stack duration is increased to 8 seconds.
  • Old Effects:
    • Entering combat generates one stack every second for the next 3.9 seconds. After reaching 4 stacks, your next basic attack against an enemy champion consumes all stacks to grant 6 − 35 (based on level) bonus Attack Damage for 3 seconds and converts 20% of your damage to champions to true damage for the duration. All stacks will wear off after 3 seconds of not entering combat.
    • Melee role Melee champions refresh the bonus damage duration by triggering combat effects against enemy champions.

  • Bonus attack damage reduced to 6 − 35 (based on level) from 10 − 35 (based on level).

  • Precision icon Precision Keystone rune.
    • Passive: Dealing or receiving damage generates one stack every second for the next 3 seconds. After reaching 4 stacks, your next basic attack within 3 seconds against an enemy champion grants 10 − 35 (based on level) bonus Attack Damage for 3 seconds and converts 20% of your damage to champions to true damage for the duration. Dealing or receiving damage will refresh the triggering attack duration.
    • Melee role Melee champions refresh the bonus damage duration when damaging enemy champions.
