The Spirit Wanders is a Campaign Adventure in The Path of Champions.
It is the second Adventure in 5Lee Sin's Campaign and is unlocked by completing The Dragon's Vengeance and getting him to 2 stars. Successfully completing this adventure currently doesn't unlock any other adventure.
