The 23 champions released during the Beta stage of the game. This includes the Closed Beta (April 11, 2009 to October 20, 2009) and the Open Beta (October 21, 2009 to October 26, 2009). The official game launch was on October 27, 2009, wich was succeeded by the start of Pre-Season 1 at November 19, 2009.
