Passive	Negates bonus damage from critical hits on the wearer. When the wearer is hit by a basic attack, deals magic damage to all nearby enemies (2.5 second cooldown).

Notes

Bramble Vest is the only way to directly reduce critical strike damage. Champions on average deal 112.5% of their physical damage. Since Bramble Vest negates bonus critical strike damage, the attack damage multiplier is simply reduced to 100% attack damage.

• The following calculations does not take into account the 50 armor, other items, champion or team synergy.
  • This means the average expected damage with no items is dropped by 11%.
  • With one Infinity Edge, the average damage is dropped by 40%.
  • With two equipped, the average damage is dropped by 62%.
  • With three equipped, the average damage is dropped by 75%.
