Another point I just now thought of is that putting all stats as level 1 will create some disparity between the wiki's stat displays and the champions stats listed on their profiles on the official website, which are level 0 (level 1 for AS). This is unlikely to be an actual issue though, provided the difference is explained somehow.

While true, they've been fairly consistent in the recent past. My post wasn't to argue the validity of standardazing how the wiki displays stats, it was merely to explain why the stats are how they are.
