It would seem that the one he is talking about is Vayne. The relevent lore "...when a twisted witch took interest in her father. The malevolent woman overcame her father's conciliar guard, then tortured her family before murdering them. The young Shauna escaped only by hiding herself and then fleeing..." (emphsis mine).

This is only female champ that has their parents murdered in such a way according to current lore.

Given this, could we possibly see some kind of interaction between the new Eve and Vayne?
