Lore

No one recalls Bandle City ever appointing a mayor. He was simply there one day, a plump yordle with a funny hat who decreed this and pontificated that. Any who questioned his legitimacy soon forgot their concerns as he shook hands and twirled his magnificent, stately mustache.
