V11.24 - December 14th Hotfix

• Stack interval increased to 5 seconds from 4.
• Bug Fix: No longer stacks ability power while equipped on champions in the bench.

• Removed: No longer grants the wearer ability power equal to 40% maximum mana whenever they cast.
• New Effect: Now grants the wearer 25 ability power every 4 seconds.

V11.15 - July 28th Hotfix

• Mana ratio reduced to 40% maximum mana from 45%.

• Tooltip now specifies that the ability power gain applies to the cast that grants the bonus ability power.
