<3 is a series of alternate future/universe skins in League of Legends. Set in a school setting, champions are either part of the Heartthrob clique or the Heartache crew.
Between the rigid cliques, awkward group projects, and cheesy holidays, school was rough but routine. But getting lovestruck wasn't in the syllabus, and it's gonna make things way more complicated.

- The preppy and perfectly poised Heartthrob clique don't have much in common with the Heartache crew, who would much rather be ditching class to hang out at the skatepark. But they agree on one thing: they've had it with this silly made up holiday dedicated to people catching feelings. So why can't they seem to shake the butterflies from their stomachs?

- <3 draws inspiration from Y2K fashion, specially from emo and preppy trends.
- Multiple easter eggs can be found in Caitlyn's and Vi's lockers, as well as in the Cupcakes 4 Heartaches game.
- In Caitlyn's locker, Star Voyagers images of an alien meep and a UFO can be found.
- In Vi's locker, stickers of Jinx, Little Devil Teemo and Pentakill, as well as a picture of Amumu and Vi can be seen.
- The game features Moo Cow Alistar's Moo Cow Milk and Moo Cow Butter as ingredients.
- "Cupcakes + Mooncakes" are available for purchase according to a menu board in the background. This is an allusion to Spirit Blossom Aphelios, who's affectionately called "mooncake" by Spirit Blossom Sett in the same way Vi calls Caitlyn "cupcake".
