First Cast:Zoe hurls a star in the target direction that collides with the first enemy hit, dealing magic damage in a small area. The damage is based both on champion level and ability rank, and is increased by 0% - 150% (in base al distance traveled).

If the star does not hit an enemy, it lingers at maximum range for 1 second.
While the star is airborne or while idle, Zoe can reactivate Paddle Star to redirect the star to a new location near her, resetting its damage modifier on cast. If Zoe moves with the redirected star, it will keep moving until it moves more than 800 units away from her.
Both the initial cast and reactivation will prime More Sparkles!.
The secondary radius matches the initial maximum range of the ability, but Zoe can move any amount of distance away from the projectile before reactivating.
The tooltip erroneously notes that the damage is the combination of Paddle Star's base damage and More Sparkles!'s damage, though the abilities' per-level damage values do sometimes differ by +1 and so does the AP ratio by +0.01.
Passive - Spell Thief: Whenever enemy champions cast a summoner spell or item active, they drop the corresponding Spell Shard onto the ground that grant sight over a 100-radius area. Spell Shards last for 40 seconds. Some enemy minions spawn with random Spell Shards that only drop to the ground for 20 seconds if killed by Zoe.
Collecting a Spell Shard allows Zoe to activate Spell Thief within the next 60 seconds. She can replace her current Spell Thief active by issuing a move command directly on another Spell Shard.
Active:Zoe mimics the active of the collected Spell Shard.
Passive - Wheeeee: Casting Spell Thief or one of her own summoner spells grants Zoebonusmovement speed as well as summoning three bubbles that orbit her for the next 10 seconds. The bubbles autonomously hurl themselves at the nearest enemy, prioritising her attack target, dealing magic damage.

If Spell Thief already has a spell stored, Zoe can replace the existing spell by right clicking on the Spell Shard itself but coming into contact with a Spell Shard will not automatically replace the existing spell.
Minions that can drop Spell Shards are marked with a tied cosmic balloon that floats above them.
Zoe utilizes an attack-like animation whenever one of the bubbles hurls itself at an enemy, making it look as if she can attack while moving.
Zoe cannot steal Consumable items, Trinkets or items that create deployable or persistent effects. However, a number of reasonable actives are currently not available to steal. It is unknown if these are oversights or intentionally omitted. The following list was last checked November 8th:
Active:Zoe kicks a bubble in the target direction that bursts on the first enemy hit, else forming a trap at maximum range for 4 seconds that arms after 0.8 seconds. The bubble can only move through terrain once but may do so indefinitely, can only move up to 650-units once outside terrain, and will fall short if it would enter terrain again.
The bubble deals magic damage on contact with an enemy and renders them 20pxdrowsy for 2.2 seconds, which gradually slows them, after which they fall 20pxasleep for 2 seconds.
Bonus True Damage from Sleepy Trouble Bubble is credited to the champion that triggered the extra damage.
Possible Bug: If exceptionally close to terrain, the ball will pass through without detection and will still be able to pass through a second piece of terrain - although it sacrifices any range its already used going through the first piece.
