Airborne

A unit that is made airborne is moved in a specified direction or to a specific point. For the duration, the unit is also 20px stunned and cannot move, attack, cast abilities, activate items or use the summoner spells Flash Flash and Teleport Teleport.

Interrupts: Interrupts all channeled and charged abilities, as well as Glacial Storm Glacial Storm, all dash abilities and other airborne effects.
Reduction: Only the stun component duration is reduced by Tenacity, which stacks multiplicatively. Forced movement's execution time remains unaffected.
Resist: Resisted by Black Shield Black Shield, Ragnarok Ragnarok, Riposte Riposte and Void Shift Void Shift, as well as dashes that grant immunity to disables.
Removal: The forced movement of airborne effects cannot be removed by cleansing effects. However, Quicksilver Quicksilver, Mikael's Crucible Mikael's Crucible, Battle Roar Battle Roar, Ragnarok Ragnarok, Remove Scurvy Remove Scurvy and Unbreakable Will Unbreakable Will can be used to remove the stun effect. Once the user is able to activate abilities: a dash or blink ability can be used to overrule the airborne. Note that Cleanse Cleanse, specifically, cannot be used to do this.

Almost all crowd control effects can be blocked with Spell shields.

All tip data templates use the same parameter.

Retrieval of data items

{{data Airborne|pst2|interrupts}}, using parameter selection template Template:Pst2, gives the parameter interrupts, etc.

For retrieval of more data items it is more efficient to prepare a template for that, to be used as follows:

{{data Airborne|template name|..|..|..|..}}

so that this data template needs to be called only once.[1] The default template is Template:Tip data, producing this page.

The four parameters are optional, they are passed on to the prepared template as parameters 2-5.

A parameter being undefined or empty typically means the same, see below. {{data ..|pst2|..}} gives the empty string and the text "{{{..}}}", respectively. Therefore an application checking the parameter has to check both. Checking whether a result is equal to e.g. the text "{{{popinc}}}" cannot be done directly with #ifeq in a template which itself has also a parameter with that name, because if that is defined, there would be a comparison with the value instead of the text itself. Instead, it can be checked whether the first character of the result is "{", e.g.: {{#ifeq:{{padleft:|1|{{data {{{continent}}}|pst2|popinc}}}}|{|..|..}}.

Until here the documentation is automatically generated by Template:Tip data.
