10 Mins into the game my power had gone out, I quickly rushed down to the basement in order to fix the broker. I returned to the game and was down 7 levels from everyone else in the game. My wifi was still shakey but I managed to catch up by getting a few shutdowns as Rammus. After a while, the internet went out yet again for some unknown reason. I quickly changed internet connections (iI have two) and was back in game. From this point on I played my hardest and coordinated with my team to eventually end up winning the game. I still got penalized for being afk even though it was issues that I had no control over what so ever, lost 21 LP for no good reason at all. I had enough issues while playing the game already but the game decides to punish me yet again one last time for.. unlucky circumstance? I'm just down that the equivalent of two games were penalized for me despite none of it being my fault :/

I. Instead of Pantheon being Invulnerable to a point of view, make Pantheon's Aegis Assault grant a zone of Buff where in Pantheon himself or with Ally in contact gains Damage Reduction as if it procs "Guardian" Rune Key-stone.
II. Grand Starfall, Pantheon's Ultimatum should atleast have a "Grounding" debuff, and instead of Magic Damage, it procs "Redemption's innate"

change the note on his ultimate that says it will only be canceled by the death of darius. it will be cancelled by bard's tempered fate, akali going into shroud while you ult her, or viktor stoping your animation with his ult, all other cc wont stop it till after he ults.
So we all know its apparent Vi cant be stopped while ussing her ult.
What if Bard times his ultimate perfectly, would that stop Vi?
If it does would that be fair on Vi? If it does not would it make things unfair for Vi's target?

More specifically, if I have an ability which has a normal cooldown of 10 seconds and I have maxed out the Sercery mastery at 5% CDR then the cooldown for that ability ill be 9.5 seconds. If I get Athene's and my CDR is now 25%, does the 20% from Athene's go off of the original 10 sec cooldown of the ability or off 9.5% the current cooldown of the ability?

I made two complaints to Stilhaus Kitchens. First complaint is they sent me two ovens and second complaint was that they sent me two sinks.
When you cast your Cataclysm on a enemy champion and they kill you midair casting Cataclysm , the Cataclysm doesnt do damage or create a circle but it goes on cooldown. But when this happens to other champions like Vi,Jinx,Lux,Cait or Pantheon their ulti goes on 10 sec cooldown and when they respawn they have it ,while Jarvan has to wait one more min before it goes back from cooldown.
I do know lot of people already stated that they didn't like LeaveBuster system. To be honest, I hate it. It is a perverse system which bans you for nothing and make you dislike the game (which is totally enjoyable).
1. What if someone in your house is having a problem while playing (heartattack, burnt, cut while cooking, fainting) ? Sure you'd let your injured mother/brother/sister/father because of a game.
2. What if your connexion is suddenly having trouble and turns off ?
3. What if there's a power outage in your neighbourhood ?
4. What if you've gotta help your parents to some task ? Are you going to dare refusing just because of a game ?
5. What if you have a rendez-vous you've forgotten ? Sure you'd tell your doctor "Sorry sir, I'm playing League of Legends, an other time ?"
This system was just made to make players more addictive as they already are. I'm strongly opposed to it.
LoL would become the best game ever if Riot removed this awful system.

The thing about the leavebuster system is it doesn't account for real life occurences. Like the first comment stated above,in summary, if you gotta go you gotta go. But besides that people have jobs and uphold certain responsibilites so interruptions are likely to occur. Usually when a player sits down to play he/she has a goal to play a couple to a handful of games. As we know these games take time. As play time increases the chance of interruptions also increases. Currently I have a three day ban, the reason was not because im a rage quitter or anything to that nature. I had a few issues regarding internet connectivity and few personal issues (like a pipe bursting and water everywhere!). In the games that I went idle(>5min) or got disconnected I was able to return and aid my team in victory. Following the game i recieved the ban. Now if a force that is outside my control interfered and interrupted me, I am going to get penalized? I dont see how thats fair. Honestly I think roit was very linear on thier thought process. Things happen in real life that are more important than a video game (unfortunately). I dont find it fair that their is a ban based on leaving or idling in a game. These things come up, me and any other player shouldn't get penalized for that. I can completely understand this concept in Ranked, but Normal PvP and Bot matches I think the restrictions should be more lax or somthing. Possibly defer to fellow players rather than an automated system?

At first I wanted to ask if anyone already knew the answer, but I decided to try to answer it by myself using custom game. So here are my results.
Tested asagainst beginner bot.

In the case wherewould consider armor before reduction :
- 82*0.7 = 57.4
In the case that it would consider after reduction :
- 76*0.7 = 53.2
Bonus armor left : 7.2
7.2*1.2 = 8.64
I don't know how the rounding system work but the second case look to be the correct one.

Bonus armor from items, masteries and runes :
95+40+25+12.69+5+1 = 178.69
178.269*1.05 = 187.6245 (188)
In the case where Legendary Armor Would consider armor berfore reduction :
- 263*0.7 = 184.1
In the case it would consider it after :
- 253.69*0.7 = 177.583
Bonus armor left : 102.583
102.583*1.05 = 107.71215
This time, it's the first case that look correct.
Error from me are possible, and if they are, I would be pleased if you could point me to them. In conclusion, I would like to add and Legendary Armor behavior to the wiki, but I don't know if I should put it to their respective pages, or to the penetration pages.

So I don't know about you guys, but when people instalock and don't talk on which lane they are going or jungle, that makes me so angry. I feel like they should put a timer where you cant lock in until after the timer. What do you guys think?
