Whenever i try to play/download this game it always says "Cannot connect to league of legends download servers." i have a firm connection (i checked) so i don't know why this is happening. Anyone got a quick fix?
I play League Of Legends from 7. seasion i am begginer, but i undersand a lot of, but are one think, what i dont understand. All Pre-Seasions Have TOPICS : WE CHANGE RANKED SYSTEM, Create new lp, new win system, RANKED CHANGE 100%. Now are 10.12 Seasion, but nothing are change NOTHING. ! Maybe higest rank are, but in Silver/Gold ZERRO.

2. Normal game, we win and then are one AKALI Who lose all game, all lines win game, but then are one mid people who can LOSE ALL 5VS5 Game, HOW Can win game, if u have one person who solo lose all game.

My account has been reset for unknown reasons, ive submitted a ticket and am currently awaiting response.
At first i thought it was an accidental transfer, considering ive always used the NA servers but as of today ive been forced into the EUW servers and in doing so have lost my credentials and all progress.
If it was a transer, id still have my regular account and all of mt things.
Does this sound more like a hacking problem?
Any advice on how to progress this situation would be great. I just want mt account back.
Which, is still active on the regular sign in page and on my friends lists.
According to Sheen's description, if Spellblade's passive is supposed to deal bonus attack damage equal to a 100% of a champion's base attack damage, then why in Trinity Force's description indicates that Spellblade's passive deals bonus attack damage equal to a "200%" of a champion's base attack damage? Doesn't the Spellblade's passive from Sheen component consider beforehand the total amount of champion's base attack damage?
Does the Revitalize's 5% shield power and 10% self shielding buff works properly in the reworked Mordekaiser's W shield? I once heard that there was a bug on that interaction or something like that.
Does the Guinsoo's Rageblade Phantom Hit re-applies the damage from a normal basic attack with no damage modifier or it only re-applies the damage from an on-hit effect from sources like Blade of the Ruined King, Nashor's Tooth, Wit's End, etc?
Does the Death's Dance self true damage over time passive stacks with the enemy champion's true damage from sources like Master Yi's Wuju Style, Fiora's Duelist's Dance, Vayne's Silver Bolts, etc? Wouldn't the item's passive become counterproductive against those ability-type champions if that were the case?
Is Conqueror healing considered a drain effect? It would benefit from the Revitalize's 5% heal power and 10% self healing buff?
So, what are the chances, that Vladimir will get VO rework, at the very least, to reflect his lore?
It's pretty ironic, that he is (by the lore) one of the most influential figures in history, yet his VO is so outdated it hurts.
Could anyone explain to me how the maximum, current, missing and bonus health on champions is graphically represented and how to discover the specific amount of health that indicates in which graduation it is? For example: suppose a champion has 2000 HP but that number decreases to 1000 HP, then the scale graduation would be considered as if it were in a missing or current HP state? Or if a champion has 2000 HP but that number increases to 3000 HP, then scale graduation would be considered as if it were in a maximum or bonus HP state?
I believe that Riot should notoriously change Unflinching and make it more like Legend: Tenacity to make its application more simpler and efficient since I notice that the rune loses value because of the poor amount of Tenacity and Slow Ressistance it grants after spending such a major and crucial resource, a summoner spell, and to top it off for an insignificantly short period and also by the another poor amount you get when spells are in cooldown, which does not compensate at all for their use, including the fact that not always or never the optimal and timely conditions are given to take fully advantage of the rune, not even to extract utility from it.
Can effects that ignore unit collision from multiple sources stack? I mean, is the duration of each one aditative (exceptioning from sources whose duration is permanent like Fizz´s and Kassadin´s passive)? For example: if I have Phantom Dancer (2 seconds), Ghost (10 seconds) and Nimbus Cloak (2.5 seconds) equipped plus Jayce´s passive (1.25 seconds), if it were the case that all durations could be added up, would it be a total of 15.75 seconds in which I could ignore unit collision?
I have a question about Mana: What are the reqirements for a Champion of be Manaless. It's OBVIOUS why champions like Lux, Sona, Xerath, or Ziggs shouldn't be Manaless - look at them in Urf. But what about champions that aren't heavily poke or healing related.
I don't that knowledge of every champion to know if it would be Broken or OP - but Would it be To Much to make Diana, Fiora, Kha'Zix, Kindred, Nocturn, Poppy, Rammus, Skarner, Vayne, Vi, Volibear, or Xin Zhao Manaless or use some other resource like Energy? I just what to know is there REALLY a reason why some champs are Manaless and some are not.

I really want this two to have VGUs similar to Kayle and Morg, i want Leona to have that MVGU similar to Aatrox like her base skin was like upgraded from that Solari/Edgy look to a more Targonian Aspect similar to Taric. For her skills i think she Q, E, R needs to change in order to deliver that Solar Vanguard vibe.
As for Diana i want her a COMPLETE VGU like completely change her abilities and her visuals and also she needs to be a Mid/Jungler. Also her armor and hair needs visuals changes
