I bealive kayn to be easier to use than rengar
But what do you mean by "passive playing"? You mean, you farm a lot?
In that case rengar is better, since with kayn you need to do a lot of ganks to get your form
Not very focused, probably, but that's the best place to talk about something being wrong in the page.
Not everyone who edits checks discussions (like this one), but everyone checks comments.
Added the "early game" part back in.
Plus. Pretty sure there's a comment section on each page.
If you want to try and you've got the money, sure, why not, but i think it's better to learn alone.
For some combos or tricks you can reach reddit mains subreddits, which i bealive are very useful (like casting sylas q during E chains).
> It wouldn't be too difficult to get 1 or 2 experts for each champion
It is. I edit the wiki and i otp illaoi. What i edited on her was only her abilities page. I didn't care to look at her strategy one.
> it's a wiki after all.
That's not a good reason to have outdated info on it.
There're some plans to have it included in the abilities page, tho. We'll see how that goes. Can't give any ETA on it tho.
If they're on the ability page it will be easier to keep it up to date.
It may work.
People already use anime and music to teach japanese.
And there're already people who learn english based on films and games.
But still, LoL may not be ideal. I don't know how much english you can learn from it. Personally i've learned a bit more english for editing the wikia xD. I wrote something. People didn't like it and wrote a better version of it. I memorized that version.
Do rioters read the wiki? Or do they not have to because, well, they're rioters? There're some interactions / bugs that're written in there, and i feel like rioters don't find about them in time / don't even know they exist (unflinching is still waiting to get the 10%-20% slow resist that's been in the description since runes reforged). Just check the table on the unflinching page, it's kind of useless.
On a side note. I know patches are not supposed to show every detailed info to the common man, because that may be boring. Is it possible to have a list for wikiaers / experienced players of every detailed info in each patch? Or would that take too much work? There should be already a list rioters have for each and every minor thing that was changed in a patch so they know where they can look if something breaks.
