Der Begriff Schild bezieht sich auf eine Spielmechanik, die einem Champion zeitlich begrenzt zusätzliche Trefferpunkte verleiht. Schilde verschwinden entweder dadurch, dass der Schadenswert, den das Schlid maximal absorbieren kann, erreicht wird, oder weil die Schilddauer abeglaufen ist. Ein Schild wird angezeit durch einen weißen oder lilanen Balken innerhalb der Lebensanzeige des Champions.

Die meisten Schilde werden durch die Fähigkeiten von Champions verliehen.

Schildtypen[]

Schilde werden durch die Schadensart, die sie absorbieren, klassifiziert. Es gibt zwei Arten von Schilden: Schutzschilde (weiß) und Magieschilde (lila).

Die meisten Schilde sind Schutzschilde und erscheinen als weiße Trefferpunkte. Sie absorbieren alle Formen von Schaden - darunter fällt auch absoluter Schaden.

Magische Schilde absorbieren hingegen ausschließlich magischen Schaden und erscheinen als lilane Trefferpunkte. Physischer sowie absoluter Schaden werden dabei nicht abgehalten - sie reduzieren die Lebenspunkte des getroffenen Champions trotz Magieschild.

Champion abilities that can shield others[]

  • Iverns Iverns Triggerseed Triggerseed shields his target for 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 80% AP) damage for up 2 seconds.
  • Jannas Jannas Eye of the Storm Eye of the Storm shields her target for 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 70% AP) damage for up to 5 seconds.
  • Karmas Karmas Inspire Inspire shields her target for 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 50% AP) damage for up to 4 seconds.
    • Defiance Defiance shields her target for 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 110% AP) + (30 / 100 / 170 / 240, scaling with Mantra Mantra) damage and allied champions near the primary target for half the total amount for up to 4 seconds.
  • Lee Sins Lee Sins Safeguard Safeguard rushes him towards a target ally unit, shielding him from 40 / 100 / 160 / 220 / 280 (+ 80% AP) damage for the next 2 seconds. If the target ally was a champion, they also receive this shield.
  • Lulus Lulus Help, Pix! Help, Pix! summons Pix and shields target ally champion for 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 60% AP) damage for up to 6 seconds.
  • Lux' Lux' Prismatic Barrier Prismatic Barrier shields herself and throws out her wand in a line, shielding allied champions in its path for 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 (+ 20% AP) for up to 3 seconds. Lux's wand then returns to her, stacking the shield to all allied champions it passes through and herself.
  • Oriannas Oriannas Command: Protect Command: Protect commands her ball to fly to and attach onto an allied champion shielding it for 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 40% AP) damage when it arrives for up to 4 seconds.
  • Sonas Sonas Aria of Perseverance Aria of Perseverance activates an aura that applies to all tagged allied champions a shield that absorbs 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 30% AP) damage for up to 1.5 seconds.
  • Shens Shens Stand United Stand United shields an allied champion for 250 / 550 / 850 (+ 130% AP) damage for up to 5 seconds.
  • Tarics Tarics Bastion Bastion shields himself and a target allied champion for 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 / 12% of target's maximum health damage for up to 2.5 seconds.
  • Threshs Threshs Dark Passage Dark Passage tosses his lantern towards the target location for up to 6 seconds. The first ally who comes near the lantern gains a shield lasting 4 seconds that that absorbs up to 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 1 per soul soul collected) damage.

Championfähigkeiten, that shield only the user[]

  • Blitzcranks Blitzcranks Mana Barrier Mana Barrier creates a shield to protect him for damage equal to 50% of his current mana for up to 10 seconds. This happens when his health falls below 20% of his maximum health and has a static cooldown of 90 seconds after it activates for it to be available again.
  • Camilles Camilles Adaptive Defenses Adaptive Defenses grants her a physical damage shield for 20% of her maximum health if she attacks a target that would deal more physical than magic damage to her for 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 (abhängig von der Stufe) seconds.
  • Dianas Dianas Pale Cascade Pale Cascade shields herself from up to 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 (+ 30% AP) damage or for 5 seconds. If all three spheres are triggered, the shield is reapplied. The second shield stacks with the first.
  • Evelynns Evelynns Agony's Embrace Agony's Embrace shields herself from up to 150 / 225 / 300 per enemy champion that is hit and lasts up to 6 seconds.
  • Jarvan IV Jarvan IV.s Golden Aegis Golden Aegis shields himself from up to 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 damage plus 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 damage per nearby enemy champion for up to 5 seconds.
  • Kleds Kleds Chaaaaaaaarge!!! Chaaaaaaaarge!!! shields himself for up to 200 / 300 / 400 (+ 300% bonus AD) damage while he is charging and for 2 seconds after the charge ends.
  • Malphites Malphites Granite Shield Granite Shield passively shields him with a layer of rock which absorbs damage equal to 10% of his maximum health. If Malphite has not been hit for 10 / 8 / 6 (abhängig von der Stufe) seconds, this effect recharges.
  • Mordekaisers Mordekaisers Iron Man Iron Man passively gives him a temporary shield equal to 25% of the damage dealt from his abilities, halved to 12.5% against enemy minions and capped at 25% maximum health. After a 1.5 seconds delay, Iron Man's shield decays at a rate of 1.5% base health per second down to a minimum of 25% maximum shield.
  • Nautilus' Nautilus' Titan's Wrath Titan's Wrath shields himself from 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 (+ 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 / 17% of maximum health) damage for up to 10 seconds.
  • Poppys Poppys Iron Ambassador Iron Ambassador shields herself for 15 / 17.5 / 20 (abhängig von der Stufe)% of her maximum health if she picks her buckler up after throwing it.
  • Rivens Rivens Valor Valor dashes her towards the cursor and grants her a shield protecting her from 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 / 210 (+ 100% bonus AD) damage for up to 1.5 seconds.
  • Rumbles Rumbles Scrap Shield Scrap Shield creates a shield protecting from 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+ 40% AP) damage for up to 2 seconds. If he has 50 or more heat when casting it, the shield is increased to 75 / 120 / 165 / 210 / 255 (+ 60% AP).
  • Ryzes Ryzes Overload Overload grants him a shield that absorbs 60 − 200 (abhängig von der Stufe) (+ 60% AP) (+ 3% bonus mana) for 2 seconds if he casts the spell with 2 runes ready.
  • Shens Shens Ki Barrier Ki Barrier shields him for 52 − 120 (abhängig von der Stufe) (+ 14% bonus health) damage for up to 2.5 seconds each time he casts an ability with a static cooldown of 10 seconds. If the triggering ability successfully affected at least one champion, Ki Barrier's cooldown is reduced by 4 − 7.5 (abhängig von der Stufe) seconds.
  • Sions Sions Soul Furnace Soul Furnace surrounds himself with a shield which absorbs 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 40% AP) (+ 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% of maximum health) damage for up to 6 seconds. You can deactivate it after 3 seconds or it will destroy by itself after 6 seconds if not destroyed before hand. It deals damage when reactivated.
  • Skarners Skarners Crystalline Exoskeleton Crystalline Exoskeleton shields himself from 10% maximum health (+ 80% AP) damage for up to 6 seconds.
  • Tahm Kenchs Tahm Kenchs Thick Skin Thick Skin converts his current Grey Health into a health shield that lasts 3 seconds.
  • Udyrs Udyrs Turtle Stance Turtle Stance upon activation it gives himself a shield that will protect him from 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 220 (+ 50% AP) for up to 5 seconds.
  • Urgots Urgots Terror Capacitor Terror Capacitor gives him a shield that absorbs 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 80% AP) (+ 8% maximum mana) damage for 5 seconds.
  • Vis Vis Blast Shield Blast Shield gives her a shield equal to 10% of her maximum health for up to 3 seconds when she hits an enemy with one of her activated abilities. This effect has a static cooldown of 18 − 8 (abhängig von der Stufe) seconds.
  • Viktors Viktors Siphon Power Siphon Power shields himself for 8% maximum mana (+ 15% AP) for up to 2.5 seconds.
  • Yasuos Yasuos Way of the Wanderer Way of the Wanderer at maximum Flow, grants him a shield that absorbs 100 − 510 (abhängig von der Stufe) for up to 1 second when he is damaged by a champion or monster.

Champion abilities that can shield others[]

  • Morganas Morganas Black Shield Black Shield places a shield around herself or a friendly champion, absorbing 70 / 140 / 210 / 280 / 350 (+ 70% AP) magic damage and prevents the application of crowd control effects while the shield holds. Lasts 5 seconds or until the shield has been depleted.

Champion abilities that shield only the user[]

  • Camilles Camilles Adaptive Defenses Adaptive Defenses grants her a magic damage shield for 20% of her maximum health if she attacks a target that would deal more magic than physical damage to her for 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 (abhängig von der Stufe) seconds.
  • Kassadins Kassadins Null Sphere Null Sphere grants him a shield that absorbs 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 + (30% AP) magic damage for 1.5 seconds.
